Central Bank of Ireland draft cross-industry outsourcing guidance


The Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) published draft cross industry guidance on outsourcing for consultation. Firms have until 26 July 2021 to respond to the consultation. The CBI  expects the Guidance to be finalised and published in late 2021. The Asset Management & Investment Funds team and the Financial Regulatory Investigations team discuss some key points of the proposed outsourcing guidance for investment funds and investment firms in this 5 minute audio as part of our Soundbite Series.
