COVID-19: CBI announces more flexibility measures in response to the pandemic

In a welcome move, the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) provided some much needed flexibility and breathing space to various Irish regulated entities, in particular with respect to filing deadlines. The CBI recognises the practical challenges facing securities markets, UCITS, AIFs, Fund Service Providers, Investment Managers and Investment Firms in these unprecedented times.
