Digital finance update: Provisional agreement reached on MiCA and transparency of crypto-asset transfers

The Council presidency and the European Parliament recently reached provisional agreements in respect of the markets in crypto-assets regulation (MiCA), and the regulation on information accompanying transfers of funds (FTR).

In our latest publication, we provide an overview of the key features of both of these provisional agreements, which will assist firms, in particular crypto-asset issuers and service providers, with their horizon scanning and overall regulatory planning.
