On 10 October 2022, the European Commission published its long-awaited report on the functioning of the Securitisation Regulation. In this publication, we consider key conclusions of the European Commission including:

  • the jurisdictional scope of the Securitisation Regulation
  • sustainable securitisations
  • supervisory convergence
