Gender Pay Gap Reporting requirements for employers with 250 or more employees will commence in December 2022. The regulations necessary to give effect to the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 are still awaited, but some guidance for employers has recently been published. In this publication we take a look at what's in the guidance.
