Striking a Balance: How to handle requests for flexible and remote working

The eagerly anticipated Code of Practice for Employers and Employees on the Rights to Request Flexible Working and Remote Working was recently published. It brings the rights to request flexible and remote working finally into effect. The purpose of the Code is to provide guidance to employers and employees. It also aims to support employers in objective, fair and reasonable decision making.
