On the 22 September 2022, the Government published the Regulation of Lobbying (Amendment) Bill 2022. Coming in the wake of a number of public controversies regarding lobbying, it aims to strengthen Ireland’s existing lobbying laws by extending their scope and enhancing enforcement.
