In 2020, the Administration of Civil Justice Review Group's Report made recommendations to Government underlining the need for significant changes to the administration of justice in Ireland through the operation of the civil Courts. Two years on, the Government has published its Civil Justice Efficiencies and Reform Measures Plan. In a short video, Enda Hurley, Partner and Co-Head of ALG's Disputes and Investigations Group summarises how the Government proposes to implement certain recommendations on a phased basis.
