In 2020, the Administration of Civil Justice Review Group's Report made recommendations to Government underlining the need for significant changes to the administration of justice in Ireland through the operation of the civil Courts. Two years on, the Government has published its Civil Justice Efficiencies and Reform Measures Plan.

In this publication we give an overview of some of the key changes envisaged, following on from the recent video by Enda Hurley.
