The Oireachtas published the Digital Services Bill (the DSB) on 5 December 2023. It will give effect to the Irish national implementation of the Digital Services Act (DSA). While many of the obligations imposed by the DSA will apply directly, it is necessary to give effect to some of the DSA’s provisions with national legislative measures.
